Per submission, the cost for a single testing sample is $50.00. For submissions with multiple samples, the first test sample is $50.00 and additional test samples are $40.00 each. Since many suppliers have multiple ship locations and carton/label sizes, Bar Code Graphics offers discounted pre-purchased test packages for Home Depot vendors.

Discounted pre-purchased Home Depot sample evaluations must be completed used by one year from the date of purchase. Any pre-purchased Home Depot evaluation not utilized during this one year time period will be forfeited.
